You may not copy, clone, rent, resell, distrobute or upload our products for your own profit, personal use, malicious intent, or gains. (Including but not limited to copyright laws).
You may not use our products for unauthorized training, whether it is in your own home, classroom, public and/or private training institutions, public areas or over the internet.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and you will be held liable to the fullest extent of the law, if you have been found in violation of NesraTech’s terms of conditions.
SECTION 2 - AGREEMENT OF SALE / CANCELLATIONS
An agreement of sale comes into effect when a bank transfer is reflected on our bank statement. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order.
Please note that our website will show an item as being available even if only one unit is available to purchase. If you order multiple units of the same item, we may not be able to supply additional units at the same price, within the same time frame, or in some cases, at all. Please contact us to check availability of multiple units prior to placing an order.
Should you wish to cancel all or part of an order, please send your cancellation request to email@example.com. Please note, however, that we may not be able to cancel items from an order if they have already been dispatched by our suppliers.

SECTION 4 – QUALIFICATION
DraftE is a skills upliftment course designed for individuals who would like to gain technical and computer assisted drawing skills. The course is designed and created using the industry standards and aligned to the code of practice, SANS 0111-1. Once you have completed the course you would be able to produce CAD technical/engineering/manufacturing drawings that can be used by industry. Once an individual has completed the course, they can apply for the DraftE Open Badge.

For the individual to be awarded the DraftE Open Badge, evidence of work is required, based on set criteria from NesraTech-DraftE. A DraftE Open Badge can be declined, if the supplied evidence does not meet the set requirements. Individuals are allowed to reapply and/or resubmit evidence for the DraftE Open Badge. When an individual has been awarded with a DraftE Open Badge, an email will be sent to the individual to claim their awarded DraftE Open Badge. The DraftE Open Badges are registered at a third party website, Credly.com.
For individuals to claim their DraftE Open Badge, they are required to register on the website.

We use and supply you with hardware and software from third party suppliers which we do not have any control or input.
We have chosen these third party suppliers carefully so to ensure that you get the needed support regarding their products. We personally load, test and work with your purchase before delivering it to you. This is to ensure that all needed material, courseware, software and hardware are working correctly. The hardware, 7”tablet, supplied to you with the DraftE course package has a one year warranty from the supplier.
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms and conditions.

For deliveries we use courier to door services.
We dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your cleared payment visible in our bank account.
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery depending on your area.
For international purchases, please contact us first, at , before placing an order, so we can supply you with the shipping, handling and insurance fees.
You need to ensure that you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact number when placing an order using the order form found on our website.
The price advertised on our website excludes the delivery costs of your order.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with your waybill number and website details to track your order. Tracking on the website may take a few hours to show your tracking information.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on your order signed for the delivery.
Should a delivery be returned to us as undeliverable, we will let you know and request that you to make arrangements with us to have it re-delivered to you at your own cost. You authorize us to dispose of, or donate, the contents of parcels not collected within six months of such request being made.
Delayed / cancelled orders
Most orders are dispatched on time but unfortunately, unexpected delays can occur and we may not be able to dispatch items within the schedule provided. Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfil orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.
If we are not able to dispatch or deliver an item to you within the schedule provided and if we failed to inform you accordingly without making alternative arrangements, you may refuse a delivery and/or cancel your order.
Returns must be received by us within 7 (calendar) days of the date that you received the item. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at your expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not be able to accept the return of an item in the following situations:
if we receive a returned item later than 7 calendar days after the date of you receiving the item
if the item is not in mint condition
if it is a non-returnable item
if it is not in the original packaging
if the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In any of these cases we will not be able to process a refund and you will be liable for the costs of re-delivering the item to you. It is your responsibility to package the item securely to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, so please include a copy of your statement received with your order, in the box of the return so that your refund can be processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Our website is hosted on Wix.com and the order form through PowR. They provide us with the online platforms that allow us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through PowR data storage and databases and the general PowR application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
By placing an order using the order form on our website, you have agreed to purchase a copy of DraftE Home Based CAD Technical Drawing Course.
On receipt of this order form, we will email you a pro-forma invoice which includes our banking details and your order’s reference number. This reference number must be used when making payment for the purchase. A copy of the proof of payment must be emailed to email@example.com.
Once we have received payment we will prepare and ship your purchase. You will receive an email with the waybill courier number as well as the website information to track your delivery.
